30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, hardware, and instructions included.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@novasfurniturestore.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For returns due to personal preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. The fee varies based on item size and weight.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not dispose of the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items missing original packaging, hardware, or instructions
• Items damaged due to improper assembly or use
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This is typically faster than processing an exchange.
