Free Shipping

Nova's Furniture Store offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the United States. Larger furniture items may take additional time due to freight shipping.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional delivery time.

Freight Shipping for Large Items

Larger furniture pieces such as sofas, sectionals, and wall beds may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside only and require a scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, the carrier will provide tracking updates directly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@novasfurniturestore.com or +1 (501) 379-9767. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
